Well what can I say I don’t normally write reviews but these boys have done an outstanding job from ordering online to getting delivered to my house and then getting it set up and packaging removed for absolutely no extra money at all amazing company Delivery Guys were amazing and respectful even gave them a tip for outstanding service very happy
Very very happy today got my sofa delivered within 2 days of ordering very fast delivery had told Adam who manages the delivery dates and time that I needed it before the 22nd sep as I’m going abroad and he said no problem I will get it booked in I thought he was lying but It came after 2 days of ordering thank you Adam much appreciated!
Top notch customer service Adam is very very helpful I did order the wrong Orientation at the start and did not realise Adam made sure to send out the correct orientation he had gave me a call before the sofa left to confirm everything he is very helpful this is how customer service should be it makes everyone’s life easier thanks Adam and thanks to the delivery men set it up and removal of packaging no questions asked will recommend this company over any others out there
Adam is the best please give Adam a pay rise 😂😂 I had a sofa delivered before from a different company and the person on the phone said free delivery upstairs but when drivers came they demanded money to take up 5 steps im disabled but with this company I urged Adam to let me know he said there is no charge and to trust him so I trusted and believe me when I say they did not even say anything took upstairs and removed packaging I’m very happy I even gave them a tip these are people that make me wanna give a tip to Top lads
Very happy overall it did arrive 2 days late but they did give me a 5 day waiting time so I understand it is still very fast and came on Monday so I’m still very happy drivers were amazing and Adam was very respectful and updating me along the 2 days they were late top company top delivery guys best company will be recommending
