Is room of choice free?

Yes — room of choice is free. We’ll carry the sofa to your chosen room and assemble where applicable.

Please ensure clear, safe access (doors, hallways, stairs). We can’t remove doors or fixtures.

Will drivers take it upstairs for free?

Yes — upstairs is free where access is safe and reasonable.

We don’t remove doors, banisters or structural items.
Tell us about tight turns or restrictions ahead of time.

Will they help me take it inside?

Absolutely. We bring items indoors, place them in your chosen room, and assemble where applicable. We’re careful, but can’t accept liability for property damage during delivery.

Do you charge a delivery fee if it’s over a certain amount of miles?

Delivery is free across England & Wales and many nearby areas (incl. Newcastle upon Tyne & Middlesbrough). For remote postcodes or extraordinary distances, a small surcharge may apply.

If a surcharge is needed, we’ll confirm it upfront before booking — no surprises.

Will you contact me about delivery?

Yes. We’ll message or call with available dates/times and confirm your slot. Please provide the best phone number(s) at checkout.

Can I pay via Klarna?

What is your return policy?

Within 14 days: Refund or Exchange. If it’s not to your liking, a £49 collection fee may apply (deducted from refund) to cover transport.

Day 15–30: Exchange only. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Will you deliver to the 3rd floor?

Yes — we deliver to upper floors (including 3rd) when access is safe and permitted by the building. There’s no extra fee for stairs in normal circumstances.

Let us know about lifts, stair size and tight turns during scheduling.

Will drivers set the sofa up for me?

Yes — we will. Basic setup/assembly in your room of choice is included at no extra cost.

We’ll connect sections and fit feet where required, then place it where you want it. We don’t remove doors/fixtures; safe, clear access is needed.
