Absolutely. We bring items indoors, place them in your chosen room, and assemble where applicable. We’re careful, but can’t accept liability for property damage during delivery.

Delivery is free across England & Wales and many nearby areas (incl. Newcastle upon Tyne & Middlesbrough). For remote postcodes or extraordinary distances, a small surcharge may apply.

Yes — we deliver to upper floors (including 3rd) when access is safe and permitted by the building. There’s no extra fee for stairs in normal circumstances.
